Bibliophile: Book Theme Wedding Ideas

Posted by in Create the Look

A book theme wedding can be a sweet and personal way to share something you love with your family and friends. It’s also just a fun, unique theme for a wedding!

{Designer Secret} There are so many ways you can go with a book theme wedding. To keep your wedding theme looking pulled together, don’t try to incorporate too many ideas. Focus on what you love, such as favorites titles or your favorite things about books. Or concentrate on two to three larger statements, like your centerpieces or escort cards, and add smaller book related details here and there, such as napkin rings or exit confetti.

I love the flowers as bookends to this book wedding centerpiece. So clever and so beautiful! To tie in with her centerpieces, one of our brides had us create this bookmark giveaway card to be hidden in one napkin at each reception table.  The person with the napkin wins the centerpiece book.

Bookish details: How about a traditional library card catalog for your escort cards, or favorite book covers instead of table numbers? {Escort cards from Elizabeth Anne Designs; book covers from Wedding Wire}
